[Simh] Best way to Patch VMS 7.3?

go to ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/openvms_patches/vax/V7.3/
and read the "master eco list" text file.  down load
the A-DCX_VAXEXE to the VMS system and run the executable
and then use VMSINSTAL to install the patches.  there
are not many of them.  Just do them all.
