Ah yes, the VAXStation RC and yes it was identical.  My firm had two 
back in the 1986-1987 era and we swapped out the blocked backplanes new 
new unblocked backplanes.  Apparently we were not the only ones doing 
that as DEC caught on pretty quickly and dropped the RC.
