[Simh] How to generate a RSTS V4 system? (fwd) (CrossPost from Rsts.org to SimH)

Gad, I would love to try setting up a V06C-03 system!  I used that 
system in High School and it brings back memories.
My first user account was 145,101 with a password of OMBX.  Thirty years 
later and I still remember...
