The TCP mentioned is Windows-TCP. To the VAX, it looks like a serial =
console
(or better, THE console).

If you SET CONSOLE TELNET=3D12001 in your SIMH INI file, the VAX =
emulator listens
on port 12001 for telnet connections and connects this to the console =
port of
the VAX.
