Here is an example AUTHORS (or MAINTAINERS) file and a text based
ChangeLog that were 2 of my wish list items (for inclusion in SimH):

Again, I think Bob would have to be the one to determine if there
needed to be some kind of COPYING, COPYRIGHT or LICENSE files that
would go along with these.  I'm sure we also have enough people
around the world that could do some language translations for
other countries.

Ideas?
