[Simh] Profesionnal usage of SIMH

Dear all,

can we use SIMH for a professionnal usage ?
i'd like to know if there are some "legal" limitations on the usage of SIMH.
Transferring the VMS licences from a VAX machine to a Linux emulating 
machine should not be a problem.
What is the status regarding the BIOS emulation ?
