[Simh] SIMH, VMS, Telnet - Logging on after logoff won't work

Not much help, but may lead to some solution:

 From the console window, as a privileged user, do a
"show user/full", and somewhere it will list a "LOGIN"
running on that port.

Then do a "KILL <xxxx>" where <xxxx> is the
PID of that login. You should now be able to
connect again.
