[Simh] Non-existent Device

I am getting the errors from simh itself.  On the
pdp-11 sim it occurs when I type in: "set rl0 rl02"
trying to get RT-11 V5.3 running following the
software instruction manual.  I get the same error
when trying to get TSS/8 on pdp-8 sim running.
