[Simh] using simh to boot tops-20

[Forster, Russ LCS:EX]

Are there any examples on how to use simh 20 boot tops20 on a windows
based system.  I've been able to get an ITS system up but I am failing
miserable on TOPS-20.  I'm trying T20 v7 if that is important.
