[Simh] Update: CR11 is supported under TOPS-10

Tim Litt's memory is better than mine.  The CD11 (aka the CR20) was 
supported under TOPS-10 (at least 7.04), using CD2SER from the 
unsupported CUSP tape.  Modifying the CD11 for the PDP-10 environment 
should involve little more than header changes in pdp11_cd.c, and 
modifications to pdp10_defs.h and pdp10_sys.c.
