[Simh] Card reader on PDP10

OK, I read (should have done before) the manual. TOPS-10 Operator's 
Guide says that a 2020 could have CR10-D, E, or F card readers, 
interfaced by a CD20 controller.

So how/where can I start coding CD20/CR10 support for the pdp10 
emulator? I think pdp11's CR11 code is a good starting point.
