[Simh] Editing keypad on laptop

You can try the attached file -- it runs xterm with keys remapped in a 
fairly sane way, and executes telnet.  I forget where I found it.

This version is set up to telnet in, but I think you could edit it so 
that it is just a keymapped version of xterm under DECwindows.
