[Simh] Problems with simh-vax 3.6 Ethernet on Linux

Gang,

 I've built 3.6 on Fedora Core 5, compiling for network support.  I
previously compiled libpcp 0.94.  The compile goes fine and completes
without errors.

 If I su to root and run the vax emulator, when it tries to "at xq0 eth0" it
says "Eth: opened eth0" followed by "segmentation fault".

 If I run as a regular user I get "Eth: pcap_open_live error - socket:
Operation not permitted" followed by "File open error".

 Any ideas?
