Milton,
You do know the SIMH command
SHOW XQ ETH
don't you?
It'll show you the mapping between ethX and windows device names.
cu,
Martin

Subject: [Simh] Withdraw that last question
OK, I am an idiot :)
Problem was with my assumption of counting base, i.e., Windump counts devices from 1, SIMH counts from 0, so I was always out - should have used attach xq eth3, of course I tried 1, 2, and 4……..0 had no cable attached, 1 and 2 were VMware and 4 didn't exist - boy, am I dumb!
