[Simh] telnetting

Hi everybody, I'm playing around with the pdp-11 simulator on my old Ultra 1
machine. I've got 2.11BSD running, and I can telnet in from some machines,
but from others I only get as far as "Connected to the PDP-11 simulator".
Sometimes if I hit Ctrl-D, a login prompt scrolls past before I get back to
my command prompt. Is this a problem caused by the old hardware it's running
on, or is something misconfigured? When I ran the same thing on my main PC,
there were no problems.
