[Simh] H316 - Good news

Hello everybody!

I just tried to run the H316 Central Processor Test,
AB16-CCT4, on SIMH 3.6.

I runs !!!!!

But.....
* Runs only with 16k configuration
* It stops once due to an unknown instruction - this must be the method 
to detect the cpu type....
* You have to do the start button interrupt manually because simh 
doesn't support it.

And then it runs..... That's really amazing!

If anyone wants further information or a ready-to-run testcase including 
.go file - let me know!
