[Simh] VAX/ELN is not hardware independent

As Mark Fischer points out, the disk image is VAX/ELN, not VAX/VMS.

VAX/ELN is not hardware independent. The disk image has to
correspond to the hardware platform in use. SimH is a MicroVAX
3900. I don't know what system the VAX/ELN disk is generated for.

Further up the page there are links for VAX/ELN images that are
generated for the MicroVAX 3900 and which might work, if you want to
try VAX/ELN.

To get a VAX/VMS image, you must order a hobbyist CD from the VMS
hobbyist site.
