[Simh] generated tape images

It does not appear that simulated tape drives will create multiple tape images
when the output stream is larger than a single tape "should" hold. While this
is not an issue between simulated hosts, it creates a problem when one tries to
move images between simulated hardware and the real thing.
For example, I've created an RP06 disk image with the latest Tops-10 software
which I would like to transfer to a real 2065. For now, the only way to do
that is to create a tape image and write that to 1/2in tape--but at 1600bpi
that's nearly three full tapes, and the single tape image that SimH will make
is a problem.
Can a better C programmer than I add this functionality to the tape drive code?
That pretty much is any C programmer in the world, BTW.
