[Simh] terminal emulation on Windows SIMH

 I didn't see this in the FAQ anywhere...

 I'm trying to install and use NetBSD on SIMH/VAX on Windows, however,
the NetBSD installer uses ANSI escape sequences which don't get
interpreted correctly when running from a windows DOS box.

 Is there some way to fix this or work around it?  Apologies if this
is a common question!
