[Simh] PDP8 configuration query

I'm not sure, it might not be included in the OS/8 sources that you have, or
maybe it wasn't available for OS/8.

If I remember correctly the RL controller is a 6-wide controller, and as
such I think it only works in a PDP-8/A, and I think it only supports
RL01's.
