[Simh] What version of PCAP was used for build the current release of SIMH?

I used libpcap-current.tar.gz off the tcpdump.org page...   0.8.3 is
missing just the function you mention.

Of course my "current" was dated 8/30/2004, so I've no idea what
today's "current" would do.
