[Simh] [BUG] simh v3.2-3 won't boot NetBSD/VAX

I believe it was actually 1.5.2.  1.6.2 is simply taking longer, I suppose. 
I've had circumstances where it's taken several minutes.
As for what is going on, I don't know.  I'm not a native Linux or Netbsd 
user, so can't vouch for anything definite.
