[Simh] Where are the older tarballs?

I just tried simh for the first time - and ran into a bug.

Does anybody know where I can download older versions of simh, in
particular the file simhv29-9.zip?

It is mentioned in 'NetBSD SIMH HOW-TO':

The method described doesn't work for me with simh v3.2-3 but maybe it
will work with v2.9-9 or some other earlier verision...
