If you mean the DEC Alpha as in the CPU, yes.  There are two projects that
I'm aware of.  If you mean an Alpha emulator capable of running the Alpha
version of OpenVMS, to the best of my knowledge, no (however, I expect one
will eventually exist at least in commercial form).  The two that exist can
