I was pretty sure the VAX-11/780 was standard TTL stuff. Not even any
2901 in there.
The VAX-11/750 used 2901 though...
730 I don't know, but I would assume 2901 there too.
The 86x0 is way more complex with lots of ECL...
But I could of course be confused about all this (as usual).
