I looked there for a bit.  For those not fluent in PDP-10, would it be possible to add some instructions?  Or pointers to manuals (say, on Bitsavers) that would help?

One of the TOPS-20 releases is marked as being DECnet Phase II.  Do you know which flavor of DECnet the others are?  I'd like to find a Phase III to keep around for interoperability testing.
