[Simh] Error in rsx-11mplus every 5 minutes?

DEL is the same as PIP /DE. That tries to delete the file. But as I 
said, the file is already deleted. It's just directory entry that 
remains, which needs to be removed.

As for where it is, that comes from knowing the system. :-)
