[Simh] How to Donate an IRIS Operating System for DG

I have had the IRIS operating system running on the simH Nova emulator for
several years now.
I would like to donate a copy of the DKP drive to the simH library as an
additional OS for the Nova (currently only RDOS is available).

1. How do I do that?
2. Is there any danger is doing so, since Point 4 Data Corporation has the
OS copyright and will not return my emails.
