[Simh] simh.trailing-edge.com

[Bob Supnik]

The simh.trailing-edge.com web site is for my personal branch, 3.10; it 
says so, right at the top of the home page.

I have updated the link for FAQ to point to the PDF file and added a 
disclaimer at the top of the help page that this is for 3.10.
