[Simh] Vax.exe emulator and Multinet network configuring

To everyone who supplied helpful comments on my problem, and also to
those who were having interesting side conversations -- a big thank
you.  It was so exciting to get networking up and running.  My last
step was a set console telnet command and thus able to use a real
terminal window.  Editing in EDT line mode can be a bit tedious.
