[Simh] HP2100

[Gene Irwin]

I tried to run the hp2100 paper tape basic image from the software kits
page and the image will not load.  This is on 64 bit arm linux.

The simulator responds to load basic1.abs with address space exceeded.

What am I doing g wrong?
