[Simh] Rolm 1602

Rolms mil-spec derivatives of the Data General Nova, Eclipse and MV are
still used (flying, on ground, sailing and submerged) in a variety of
interesting applications worldwide. We still support these client
systems and do have the corresponding appropriate hardware and software
documentation.

These computers are not typically found in "usual" commercial
applications due to their military-spec'ed hardware design - which
translates to substantial costs over corresponding commercial spec'ed
hardware.

Some ROLM 160x computer series added additional instructions to the
original Nova instruction set - by using using an unused Nova I/O
instruction. Later ROLM systems maintained compatibility with the Data
General Eclipse and MV instruction set with no significant added
instructions.

1602 simulators existed that ran on the DG and ROLM computers, and our
commercial products continue that tradition on modern platforms.
Although the amount of original ROLM hardware existing in the field
diminishes each year, their continued use to this day in [very] critical
applications shows how well some systems were designed decades into the
previous century...
