[Simh] Mounting and Unmounting CD

Yes. Assuming your first iso is attached in the ini file and mounted in
VMS, the sequence is:

$ dismount dua3: /unload
 ctrl/E to halt the emulator and stop VAX processing
simh> detach rq3
simh> attach -e rq3 yourfile.iso
simh> continue
$ mount dua3 yourlabel
