It's assembled from source code.  It would be great if someone with a
real GT40 could dump the ROM contents.

Certainly, that sounds great!  I already made a tool to convert the PALX
binary format to an "lda" file.  I will need to verify the ROM image by
attaching the simulated GT40 to a host.
