[Simh] cant get windows motiff to work logging in remotely

As I wrote previously, it's likely the MIT Magic cookie.

See xhost and xauth man pages for info on what you need to do (on the
server) to allow the VAX to connect.

If you have a firewalled environment, you may get sufficiently
frustrated to do the dangerous

xhost +

(Which turns off authentication by the server.)

However, that's entirely at your own risk, and I never suggested it.
