[Simh] Install VAX/VMS 4.4 on a simulated VAX-11/780

I have VMS4 on Win7 running from this page :

http://www.9track.net/simh/vax782/

I'm using the win32  executable Vax782 from that page.

I haven't tried compiling the 782 on a Linux box yet.
