[Simh] Systems Engineering Labs (SEL) simh simulator available

I am running an old 14.04 Ubuntu system.

And I don't *think* I have the 32 bit "build libraries" installed (not
sure, *nix  novice)

Anyway Jim sent me these instructions, which has me up and running :

In the Makefile for SEL32, there is an option line SEL32_OPT (line
1103) that has the -m option.  That is the option for 32 bit
compile/build to GCC.
