I've done work for two companies who use it and have been for at least 5 
years.  They run custom applications for general ledger, accounts 
payable, accounts receivable, and (the big one) distribution 
management.  Because the applications are written in DiBOL, and the 
third party replacement language is so expensive, they never moved to 
Alpha or Itanium.
