[Simh] ISO CD Image Support

Yesterday I thought I'd try the SimH 4.0 beta pre-built Windows VAX binary,
previously I've been using the 3.9 release.

The OpenVMS hobbyist distribution is available as ISO images, but the 4.0
beta choked on these. Checking through the source
it looks like ISO support has been removed & I need to convert any ISOs to
VHD format. Am I right? Or is there a way
to make RAW format work for me.
