[Simh] Fortran help

Hi,
I am trying to install Fortran IV into RT-11 v4 following these
instructions:

Everything goes as it should until I get to linking and then I get:

.COMPILE DEMO.FOR
.MAIN.

.LINK DEMO,FORLIB
?LINK-W-File not found DK:FORLIB.OBJ

I followed the instruction to a T, I even tried cutting and pasting to
eliminate typos and I get the same error everytime.  And no, forlib.obj is
not visible on my drive, although according to these instructions I
supposedly created it.

As a side note, a few months back I asked for a password for the Gunkies
Wiki and noone ever got back to me.  I would really like to do some editing
and adding to that site so if anyone knows how I can get one I'd really
appreciate it.
