[Simh] Questions about VT emulation

Hi,
First of all, I find it best to "set console" right before the boot
command. Second, if you are you using PuTTy you can set the keyboard
mapping to either VT100+ or VT400 (Num Lock is Gold Key).  Also, the Write
Enabled is default so declaring isn't necessary.
