[Simh] EXT : Integrity

There is no Integrity [aka Itanium or IA-64] simulation in SIMH. You will have to use real hardware for your Hobbyist PAK.

The Alpha simulator is in development and does not boot yet.

The VAX simulation (and variants) are the only ones that can currently run VMS.
