The TC11 is like the DH[|U|V|Q]11 simulation (device VH). It needs to
be specifically enabled:
SET TC ENABLED
That should enable your TC11 device.


By the wya, can RT-11 V2 even run on an 11/34? You might want to try
it on an 11/20 or 11/40.
