[Simh] 1401 and arm processors

I have compiled simh on 2 different pi like boards (banana pi running
armbian  and pine64 running longsleeps debian)

Pdp8 and pdp11 both seem fine but the 1401 segfaults on both arm systems
when attempting to boot the diagnostics tape. The hello world koan works
fine.
