Hi Bruce!
The drawing is 107-00205401/05.
Paper label has "D 2290 P AA A R T 5 22197 R 18" on it.
I have two of these cards; they were placed in my N800 cabinet but I
doubt they have been used in that machine. There were no backplane
cabling for them.
