[Simh] Configuring DMC11 Devices

Forgot to mention: The password for account [1,2] is "operator"; the
account [1,4] is also created, using [1,2] as a template; it also has
the password "operator".

And just for clarity's sake: The system has the DECnet address of
11.94, and node name of RSTS10. It knows of two other systems (provide
them yourself or change their definitions), namely: TESTME:: (at
11.70) and DRAGON:: (at 11.84).
