I don’t think EmuVM has been mentioned yet: <http://www.emuvm.com/products.php>. They used to have a free version but appear not to currently.

There is the ES40 emulator on SourceForge that has been languishing incomplete for a few years:

I don’t know but I’ve always assumed the author got involved with one of the commercial emulators and then couldn’t continue contributing to an open source version.
