[Simh] Recent build crashes on OSX

Hi, Mark,

I just opened an issue (https://github.com/simh/simh/issues/277) and 
I'll post a comment to it with the information you requested.

I made this VM following a tutorial on gunkies, but the folder has a lot 
of junk, so while I wait for gcc to compile I'll make, test and then 
upload a pristine copy of the VM somewhere, and post that as a comment 
to the issue I opened.
