[Simh] Recent build crashes on OSX

I don't have any optimizations turned on; my first compile was with -J 3 
but I re-ran it without that and still had the same result.

I'm going to follow Paul's hint, OSX appears to use CLang for it's gcc, 
I'm going to try to install a real gcc from ports.
