[Simh] Pascal 1.3 manual for RSX 11 4.6

Well, depending on how your terminal is set up, ^C would also not finish 
the program. But it would give you a CLI prompt anyway.
^Z is EOF in all DEC OSes, and that would exit from pretty much any program.
